Thank you, thank you, thank you. I was ready to give up! So glad I came across this thread and kept reading down looking for some morsel of advice that would help me! The only option is Microsoft Store which most companies will not download from. This MUST be fixed! I see the Change option, but using Windows 10 If I can get hold of an machine will check there but it should not have been removed.
Thanks a ton! Really, I was so frustrated before when I was unable to login to citrix. You solved it. When I try to launch my ctirix application, I frequently get plugin-container. I think we checked 75 different sites then I stumbled across this using Duck Duck Go search. Holy WIN! The same executable in the post exists in Citrix Workspace. I have the same problem, but on the Mac…. Was struggling with this issue from last 4 days. Now worked. Thanks once again. Completely agree with all the comments.

To fix this, just go to the folder where the ICA file has been downloaded.
Right-click on the file with. Select Citrix Connection Manager from the list and select Always use this option. Now try to open the ICA file, it should work now. This could also be the reason for the problem.
